Order notifications

When a customer submits an order, we'll pop open their texting or email app (whichever fits their device) with the details pre-filled, addressed to you. They still have to hit send — but everything's already typed out for them.

Pricing rule

When an order comes in, the tool suggests one combined price for the hat + emblem together — your total cost for both, plus this much profit, rounded up to the next $5. You can always charge something different.

Payment link library

Paste in a Stripe Payment Link for each price tier you use. When you confirm an order, the payment link field will automatically fill in with the one matching that order's suggested price — you can still change it before sending.

Add an emblem to the library

Emblem name Image (transparent PNG recommended) Fixed size — as a % of the hat's width

This is the actual size this emblem will be pressed at. Customers can move it around but can't resize it — figure out the % once (upload a test hat photo and eyeball it, or measure your emblem against the hat width) and it'll stay true to size on every hat.

Incoming orders

Review each design and recipe, confirm what you can make and when, and send a payment link. Mark an order paid once you've confirmed payment yourself — that's what unlocks the delivery-address step for the customer.
